Elementary

PCA’s Elementary School Program (K5 – 5th Grade) provides a loving, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. We believe that the elementary years are foundational in shaping a child’s confidence, character, and love for learning, and our goal is to create an atmosphere where every student feels supported, challenged, and valued.

Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to provide a strong academic foundation in language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and Bible. Through engaging instruction, hands-on learning experiences, and individualized support, students are encouraged to develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and a passion for discovery. Biblical values are integrated throughout the school day, helping students grow not only in knowledge but also in faith and character.

Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will never depart from it.

~ Proverbs 22:6

The learning experience is further enriched through a variety of co-curricular classes, including computers, music, library, physical education, and art. These programs allow students to explore their interests, develop new talents, and express themselves creatively. Students are also encouraged to participate in extracurricular opportunities such as athletics, performance arts, and visual arts, helping them build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility.

Throughout the school year, students participate in special events and activities such as International Math competition , spelling bees, school productions, chapel services, and academic competitions. These experiences help strengthen public speaking abilities, stage presence, and social development while creating lasting memories and school spirit.

One of the core beliefs at Potential Christian Academy is that every child can learn and succeed in a loving environment where expectations are high and support is intentional. Our teachers take the time to truly know each student academically and personally. School administration, classroom teachers, and learning specialists work together closely to identify each student’s individual strengths and needs and develop strategies that allow them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

At PCA, we are committed to partnering with families to help students reach their God-given potential and prepare them for future academic success and lifelong learning.
